Prices include VAT and are the ones shown at checkout. We hold real stock rather than drop-shipping, so if something is listed it is on a shelf here — but if a shelf turns out to be wrong we will tell you within a day and refund immediately.
An order is accepted when we email you to say it has shipped, not when the card clears. If we cannot fulfil it we refund in full and there is nothing further to argue about.
Fourteen days to change your mind on materials, statutory rights on faulty goods, and the exceptions set out in the returns policy. Nothing here reduces the rights Greek and EU consumer law gives you.
Workshop places, press hire and member benches have their own terms, which are the ones that apply to those bookings.
Images of artworks belong to the artists. You are welcome to share them with credit; you are not welcome to print them on things and sell them.
