Fourteen days on materials. Originals and commissions are different — read the second half.
You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind about anything in the shop, for any reason. Send it back unused and in its packaging and we refund the full price within five working days of it reaching us. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
Cut lengths of canvas, paper cut to a size you specified, and anything mixed, decanted or opened where the seal is the only guarantee of condition. This is not us being difficult — we cannot resell them.
If a tube has split, a sheet has arrived creased or a panel is warped, photograph it and email [email protected]. We replace or refund, your choice, and we pay the postage both ways.
Works from the gallery may be returned within fourteen days if they arrive damaged or are not what the listing described. Because each is unique, we ask that you contact us before returning so the piece is packed and insured properly.
Custom framing and commissioned work are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless the work is faulty.
