Getting it to you
Orders placed before two in the afternoon leave the Psyrri shop the same day. Anything held for collection sits behind the ground-floor counter under your name for fourteen days.
Athens deliveries arrive within one to two working days. The rest of Greece takes two to four, and the islands can take longer in winter when the boats are cancelled. EU shipping is tracked throughout.
Fragile and oversized items
Glazed frames, stretched canvas above 80cm and full paper rolls travel on a pallet service rather than a courier. We will call you to agree a delivery window before anything of that size leaves the building.
Returns
Unopened materials can come back within thirty days for a refund or an exchange. Cut canvas, cut paper and framing made to your measurements are not returnable, for the obvious reason.
